My name is Marsha Turpin and I am excited to be teaching the VIP class for the first time this year. My husband and I are from Newfoundland but have called Alberta home since moving here to begin teaching in 2009. We have two children, Hailey (5) and Nathan (1), who love calling Fort McMurray home.
This is my seventh year teaching at Dr. Clark School and the eleventh year of my teaching career. Over the years, I have taught a mixture of split and straight grade classes ranging from ECDP to Grade 4 in Alberta. I graduated with a Bachelor of Education from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2009. I have completed two years of a joint Master’s in Instructional Leadership and Behavioural Neuroscience at the University of Calgary and am finishing my final year in Educational Research this year.
I am very excited to be back at Dr. Clark in a new role and I look forward to the great things I know our Dinos will accomplish this year.
