Hello Dino families!

There's a lot on our plates these days and it can be overwhelming to say the least.  When we feel like "it's just too much" let's try giving ourselves some grace and compassion - this will help with patience for ourselves and for those we love and care about.Every parent makes mistakes; it's often less about the mistake and more about what you learn from them and how you make it right after the fact.Check out these helpful resources from Child Mind Institute for Self Care for Parents and Supporting Mental Health in Young Children.Good parenting isn’t about staying calm all of the time. Good parenting is about repairing the relationship when we lose our cool.
